Effective June 15 the application process will be changed slightly. A highlight of the changes are listed below.

1) Applications are reviewed on the 15 of each month, only. Initiate status will be awarded then.

2) You need 10 sponsors PLUS a class sponsor to gain admittance as an initiate.

3) Initiates will be reviewed from the 1-15 of each month, only. Eligible initiates will be promoted to Souls on the 15 of every month.

4) To gain a Soul, you need 20 YES votes, and no more than 2 no votes.

5) Should an initiate fail to be promoted by the third review, they are removed from the guild and will need to start over.

6.) All future applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must be available for an interview over Vent with an officer. (Children of current members may apply with parental permission.)

The policy changes dealing with EPIC items implemented by the guild leadership a few weeks ago have been updated on the front page - loot rules document.
